They hold pkgs in their distribution centers for days on end. In addition they do not provide ANY identifiable transportation or clothing when coming to your house - shabby clothing and cars so VERY questionable and scary. Every pkg. is not large enough to see and they leave pkgs. in the middle of a closed garage door so you can run over them before you see them. They will deliver to the wrong address and never know who or where it was delivered. WHY did you switch from USPS? I won’t EVER be ordering anything else from Macys or Bloomingdale’s after this DOWNGRADE in service.

Beautiful shoe but heel is uncomforable
this is a gorgeous elegant shoe, however, the heel part is very uncomforable. Unfortunately I have to return it. When i step on the heel part it feels like a piece of hard wood or something similar. if it only had more cushion I really love the shoe.

I love these beautiful shoes. I got the natural patent - just what I was looking for. Love that they're leather. They fit perfectly in my usual size. I love them so much I'm going to order them in the black too.

Stylish and versatile
These shoes are really cute and very versatile. The only complaint I have is that they're a bit hard to adjust in sizing to tighten up the strap since the holes are very small. Other than that, they're pretty true to size and not uncomfortable.
