Runs large not much arch support

Great looking shoe, but runs really a size too large, and very little arch support. Fairly comfortable once I bought heel pads and toe pads to make them wearable

Never received my order

I would give this no stars because I never received my order. I'm so disappointed with Macy's. I had my credit card cancel the charge after 3 weeks of waiting for delivery of these shoes which were supposed to deliver in 3 to 5 days.
