Bad delivery in freezing weather

Delivered & keft on my porch at night in below freezing weather & did not knock or ring doorbell. Waiting to see if the leather & man made material thaws out. The width seems narrower than usual medium widths that I wear in Easy Spirits, heels & boots. The wooden dowl from heel to toe seems to just about splut tge back of heel top. Right now frozen stiff. Not happy.

Great shoe but runs small...

Really great shoe, but run 1/2 size small. Usually buy 8 1/2 to 9. Bought 9's but will have to exchange them for 9 1/2.
