Used Shoes

I would give these product a ZERO if I could, I received used shoes that wasn’t in the original box, I’m very disappointed in Macys!!!!!!!!!!!

Cute but definitely size up

Cute but runs small. Definitely size up. Ordered my usual size 8 which usually fits me a bit large and requires an innersole. This size 8 was too small. Also ordered an 8.5 and waiting for its arrival and hoping it will fit.

Where are they?

I’m giving them one star because they are way overdue. Neither this pair nor a second color I ordered have arrived. This is very unlike Macy’s. The outside vendor’s fault, I suppose, but Macy’s needs to stay on this kind of thing better.

PRETTY GLITTER BUT UNCOMFORTABLE

This shoe has a pretty glitter and color, but as others said, it runs small. I even ordered a 1/2 size up and it was still tight. Also, for me at least, the back was too high and rubbed uncomfortably. Maybe on someone else this wouldn't be a bother. Based on my experience and others, if you are ordering this online, it's probably best to order a half to full size up from what you normally wear. Visually it's a stunner.

Good shoe. The beige color was too small

I bought the beige colored shoes. The shoe itself seemed fine, but it was too tight in the toes, even with a size 10, and my foot size is 9 1/2. I ordered the 10 because the black patent shoe fits fine.
