Pretty product she not worth it

I ordered a size 11 medium and the back of the shoe feels like a flip-flop top part is straight and narrow back part is with is so wide like wow very uncomfortable when walking is cute but flip-flop is in back is bad😪😪 wish I could send them back that’s how bad they are not satisfied at all

Not comfortable

Shoe is not very comfortable. It slides off the back of my heels. Very hard to walk with the shoe on.
