This is a nice looking Bar III Petite Cowlneck Sleeveless Top, but it is way too short and it is very tight even though I bought in my normal size (PS).

Never received the top

I never received this top. Macys posted delivery date for August 27 and up until today Sept 2 I have not seen it. Called to report and they said the top is longer available and no refund was given to me because I blocked the card I used in purchasing it. And they refused to send my refund to a new card or send me a gift card. Macys are having issues with their shipping lately I will avoid their site for now.
