hard to get a proper size

Ran small for the size, attempted to exchange for a larger size and was told that I had to go into the store, but there weren't any "available", went on line two days later but had to pay the new prize, couldn't exchange and had to purchase at higher price and return the other one.

Cute but sizing off

The fabric is not lightweight but sturdy and dressy looking. I loved the style; however, dress was too snug. I bought another item from this brand in same size that fit perfectly. Another issue was the deep cleavage area.
