bought for my engagement photos!

beautiful dress!! bought for my engagement photos, and looked amazing. I did have to take up the length because I am 5'2. But the perfect flowy, twirly dress

Sadly, a nope.

I was totally taken with the look of this dress and ordered online, thinking it would be my Fall go-to. Although I am a near perfect size 6, I ordered a Medium: (I have wide shoulders and wanted the top to fit.) The fabric is substantial enough to wear without the dress being lined, and I did like the coloration, even though it's not quite what's shown here. But the fit did NOTHING for me. I have a waist, this hit at exactly the worst spot: not at waist and not empire, but at bottom of rib cage, immediately adding 10 pounds. (This seems to be an ongoing problem with today's styles--please, please, please, bring back the waisted (fitted at waist-length) dress, please!! No matter how I wrapped this dress, it seemed like too much bulk and was simply ungraceful, almost dowdy on me. It was also longer overall than shown on the model, and I am nearly 5'7" in height. I couldn't get it off fast enough. Disappointed, but this is going back.

Beautiful dress

Great dress. Only thing to be aware of is that the sleeves are a little tight. So if your upper arms aren't the skinniest, may not work.

I love this dress! It’s perfect for summertime when it’s hot out but you want more coverage. The fabric is lightweight and hangs beautifully. This dress is perfect for a summer wedding or date night.
