  • Macys did not return my Star Rewards money as they had promised. i will think twice before ordering from Macy's again as a loyal customer. They need to really check merchandise before sending it out, they are becoming low budget.

Ok, who wore my dress???

When I opened the PKG I saw white deodorant marks on the dress and it wreaked of some stinky perfume that I would never wear. Needless to say, I returned the dress!

Dress Success

I am in love with this style. I have this dress in pink. The color is bright and beautiful. The fabric feels wonderful and the dress is so flattering. Of course, shareware is a must to give the dress clean lines. I would highly recommend this brand.

Absolutely disgusting with the condition of dress

I was surprised and shocked that this dress had clearly not been inspected before shipping out. Macy’s is clearly dropping its standards for quality and cleanliness of its products that are sent out to loyal customers. I will definitely think twice before ordering anything from Macy’s again.
