I bought these pants in size XS, but they were too tight. I knew they were Last Act. Since I'm tired of keeping clothes that don't fit and can't return them, I decided to call customer service and request an exception. On the first call, the representative explained what I already knew about Last Act purchases and then told me she would request authorization from the supervisor for the return and that they would send me an email with the bar code for the return. I was very grateful and waited until the next day, but no email arrived. So I decided to call again. The second representative told me it would take 24 hours to arrive. I thanked him and continued waiting. After two days, I called again, and the third representative, Fernando, told me it wasn't possible to do what the other representatives promised me. In other words, they don't communicate. Each person says something different, and they don't care about fulfilling the promise made to the customer.

runs very large. I wear an xsmall too legs are very large and I looked lost in pants. Im only 5'3 and I think taller people would look great in pants.

Gorgeous pants, love how the material feels but they do run large, so size down

I ordered an XL as the size chart specified that would be a size 16. I would suggest order a size down the pants run large.
