Constricting Tight Turtleneck

Mockneck is actually a tight fitting high turtleneck. Silvery metallic threads weaved-in to soft, stretchy knit dress in a classy, sophisticated style. Cut and stitching is average quality, not great, but I like the style very much and will need to find a way to alter the tight neck. I am 5’1” 115lbs. XS is perfect fit except the constricting turtleneck.
