Did not receive order

I placed an order for this item and did not receive it. I contacted Macy's customer service and they put in another order for it with expedited shipping as a courtesy. It's been well over a week and I still have not received the item or any correspondence telling me what happened to my order. I realize this is more of a customer service/shipping issue than an actual review of the item but I simply do not have time to be put on hold over the phone or deal with a customer service robot.

It’s worth the buy

This denim jacket is everything you would expect. The color is better in real life. The weight is appropriate. Not heavy , not light. The length is great.
