Upset, mad, unhappy mixed feelings.

Love the dress—beautiful, vibrant color. Simple style, yet elegant. However, I’m upset because a used dress was shipped to me. It has an odor, the underarms are stained, and the neckline has makeup residue. How can someone not check all this, accept a return, and then ship the same item to another customer? No value for my time and money that I spent. Macys you need to be strict on your return policy.

Not here when promised!

This was supposed to be delivered by the 29th, then the 30th. It's Jan 1st - past the New Year's Eve party time and it's still not here. I'm very disappointed.

Nice party dress, flattering. Beware of the zipper seam, it has a bulge. I had the bulge fixed in the dress I bought.
