Received something used and damage

I received something damage and had make up on it which guide me to the point it was used and return. Now that i wanted to reorder something they dont have my size. But what makes me mad and what i dont believe is macys poor quality. Now i supposed to stick with something that was used because it was final sals?

The quality of the top is great, I got a size 2 but I usually wear a size 4/6. The shirt is so flattering and gives the cutest hourglass effect.
