Don’t Waste Your Money!

The product instructions are poorly written and missing steps.. I call the manufacturer and spent 25 minutes on hold followed by 45 minutes with a customer service agent. Once we had the product working correctly I found it subpar. It is messy and difficult to clean. After cleaning it, I noticed it leaks coffee grains from the cord base. Not wort it!
