Ripped off for Christmas

I never received the product and it is sitting on someone else’s doorstep! Disgusted and disappointed with UPS and Macy’s! I have to wait 7 to 14 business days for a refund! Never again! I would not nor will not recommend this product on line!

Doordash and Macy's

Macy's choose Doordash as my delivery option the driver delivered to wrong address and actually took a photo of the wrong address. Doordash could not reach their driver and my item is sold out so Macy's couldn't help. I ordered my niece first holiday barbie from Macy's big mistake on my part never again
