Daughter loves her Astronaut & Science Barbies

This was sent to us as part of a promotion and while the age on the box says 3+, my daughter actually didn’t really get into heavy playing with the dolls until fairly recently. She is 5 and loves playing with this doll set. So much that she’s now been asking for the dream house and various other toys from the Barbie line. I’m happy to see Barbie expanding their line of dolls to include astronauts and scientists - it shows young girls that they really can reach for the stars and be whatever they set their mind to be.

Fantastic gender non-normative toy!

I am so happy that this product exists! We ordered it for our son, because we want him to know that women can do anything and since he is incredibly interested in space, appreciated the opportunity to show him via play that women can be astronauts and scientists, too. The toys are well-made, and he loves them.

Great timing for this product!

We purchased this doll set for our twin girls, who recently went on a family road trip to see the total eclipse, which has gotten them interested in space. I like that there is both an astronaut and an "on the ground" scientist, complete with her own laptop!

Barbie is a Role Model

These Barbies are very detailed and show that women can be anything! As a science teacher, it was awesome to give my girls these dolls that relate to science. They love playing with them and role playing. The astronaut comes with a helmet and space suit. The scientist comes with a lab coat and glasses. My girls fought over who could play with the astronaut, but they love them both. I highly recommend these dolls!

Loved it

My girls very much enjoyed playing with the dolls. We liked that it encouraged them to think about the sciences. It was great to see the attention to detail even down to the graphs on the laptop. They did, however, have some frustration trying to get the accessories on the dolls (gloves, helmet and boots).

Finally something for girls that’s not a princess

Got this for my twins, who love all things space. Their eyes lit up when they saw the toy and then proceeded to spend the next several hours playing Barbie in space . Happy to see toys that represent space, medical and science that are geared for girls! Please continue to offer!

Great dolls and great accessories!

We've had this doll for close to two weeks and my daughter loves them! She loves playing with the barbies and have them interact with each other and I love explaining that one is a astronaut & the other a scientist :)
