LATE DELIVERY

Very disappointed in the delivery company Macy's chooses to employ. In this case, DHL. I sent the items purchased as a gift. If Macy's promises a delivery date, that's what I, as a consumer, expect. Instead, I receive 1 delivery notification email after another, stating that the delivery will take another day, and another after that. Then when it finally arrives, it is found in the US Mailbox. That box is intended ONLY for the post office. Isn't it a federal offense to go into a mailbox that is not rightfully yours? Very puzzling.
