this was a Christmas present three days after giving it to my granddaughter the flip up broke.

Better packaging

I received part of my order today and the package was horrible. When I opened it the item looked used. I can only assume it was from shipping. There should have been something in the box to protect it.

Not worth the price tag

I am very disappointed in this product. I ordered online and the carrying case came damaged, almost looked used. I returned in store at my local Macys and they ordered me another. The second one was only a little better than the first. I concluded that it has to be just manufactured poorly. I kept the second one, only because my daughter wanted it, even though I know it’s not very strong or sustainable. I was hoping for something more durable, especially at this price tag.

The product is very pretty but not durable at all. The top hinges are very fragile and broke after a couple of uses.

Very cheaply made. The hinges cracked and broke off after opening a few times. Disappointed! This was a gift for my granddaughter!

Disappointed

The picture of the two storage cases I ordered, is not what I received. I only ordered from Macy’s because I wanted the case that was pictured at Macy’s online. Very deceptive listing.
