Rainproof, lightweight, comfortable and breathable

Definitely rainproof. Lightweight, comfortable and breathes beautifully. Good length, covers past my butt and is thigh length on me. It comes up a little large so I had to switch for the next size down and it was still roomy enough to get two layers of fleece under it. Works well, kept me dry though the recent California atmospheric river weather storms. I would not use it for snow or major Winter snowstorms as the cuffs are loose fitting. I had a waxed Barbour some years ago which lasted me for years. This garment is the same well made quality as that was. Zip, snaps and hood ties are all aligned and easy to operate, even with wet hands
