Good Quality but small..eeesstt!

Ok., I just received mine. How I wish I can exchange the size. The dress is absolut stunning but it is 2sizes smaller ugh! I searched and checked reviews with regards to this dress but none. so, I based it in the discriptions below size up if your between sizes it should be 2sizes up. aaarrgghhh! I am so mad I love the dress. The top is fine but the waist and hips are really small 3inch gap to the waistline. For your reference I’m 5”3, 113lbs, bra size 36B. I ordered size4. my issues are the waist and hips really small. Bardot sizing are always wayyy off ugh!! This brand should be popular because their dresses are good quality but sizing are always off!
