Small in the arm area

The dress fits perfectly around the waist, a bit too tight in the chest and way too tight in the arms. I’m 158 lbs and I’m a size 8 in Bardot. The arms on the size are probably the same size as ones on the small, not fair for the hour glass shaped women. I’m considering returning it. The next size up will be too big in the waist.
