Really lumpy

Disappointed!

I love Bare Minerals products and never met one of their mascaras I didn't love. So I was surprised and disappointed by this one. So confident in the brand, even though I had not yet tried this particular mascara, that I bought two. Both were sticky dry overly thick on the wand, then didn't perform on lashes, trying single and then multiple coats didn't change the result..very clumpy and difficult to work with.

I have been using Bare Minerals for over 20 years and love the products. I get many compliments on my skin and people think I'm younger than I am.However, your website is a pain to use; I usually have to call to order. It's also confusing to try to use "points"; hence I've never been able to figure out how to claim them.I keep using the matte make-up and mineral veil because they're easy to use and make me look good.I also like the mascara and lipsticks.
