Not Happy with Macy's

Called to cancel order in the 30 minute timeframe but was on hold for ten minutes & was told that I couldn't cancel the order. I told her that I called in the time frame & it was not my fault that they didn't answer my call. And that I called in the time frame. She then told me that the order was canceled. But I ended up receiving the order. So, apparently I was lied to by the customer service person.

Nice looking shoes

Wow! This was an unexpected surprise of comfort and quality. I know Baretrap shoes are mostly comfortable, but these were very comfortable with no break in and the price was right!
