Zippers an issue

I ordered in the tan/brown cover twice now and each time the zippers on one or both boots was broken. Too expensive for this to happen especially right out of the box. The boot is cute and comfortable if you can get ones with a good zipper.

Size was way off!

I have worn Baretraps boots for longer than I can remember, and all the same size. I got these and I cannot even get them on my feet. It's as if they were labeled wrong, as they are at least two sizes too small, but labeled my size.
