Carry handle busted loose

Grabbed the bag out of the overhead compartment of my flight - main carry strap busted loose from one of the fasteners.

Perfect 3 day business packer!!!

I've used travelpro for the last 15 years and needed to switch to a garment bag. I chose the Briggs and Riley because I wanted the most interior space in a spinner. The bag itself is fantastic. I love all of the features especially the exterior phone wallet pocket for when I'm going through security. I hate putting my stuff in the tray. I travel weekly for three days on-site at my customer. This packs perfectly for my time. I get three dress shirts, pants, undershirts, underwear, socks, work out clothes, and my dress shoes. I'm 6' - 190 lbs for size comparison.

Too short

I purchased this as a garment carrier but it will not fit a sport coat. Not a good purchase. Will never be able to use!
