Must have tiny waist

Beautiful color but proportions are off. I am 5’5 and weight 150 lbs - I ordered this dress in sizes 8 and 10 and neither fit around the waist. I’ve never had that problem with dresses. The bows on the shoulders are a little big so definitely would be ready to have up do if you get this dress. Unfortunately will be returning both sizes.
