Another Mistake in Purchase and not returnable!

It is water resistant, not water repellant or waterproof. It is nothing more than a poly jacket and at a close out price, wildly overpriced. It is ugly enough to be a rain jacket, but it is not a rain jacket. My own fault, I should have been careful enough to see that it is Not Returnable and I am 'eating' $50+ bucks and wet! Never again.
