Disappointed i can't get a smaller side

It's a beautiful jacket, i got M but it was big plus the sleeves are so big and I can't exchange it cause it was on sale so I'm stuck with it. I'm a little disappointed, that I can't exchange it for a smaller size. But it it's what it is.

Casual, comfortable and smart looking warm jacket.

Lightweight & great for travel. Non-fleece side is water resistant. Generous sizing & can comfortably wear a bulky sweater underneath.
