doesn't work very long. so disappointed

It stopped working 3 weeks after we got it!

Just a NO keep on looking for another

horrible design for the batteries compartment...way too much work to insert 4 batteries that do not fit correctly. After 15 minutes of trying to fit the cover back....in the return category it went.
