This rug’s value is nowhere near the list price or even the Black Friday price I got it for. When I saw the UPS guy carry it to my house with one arm (very light) I knew it wasn’t going to be a good rug. I ordered the rug online and I thought it may be better (carbon footprint) to return it to a store. I completed the return form online and was directed to a local store for the return. I carried the rug from the mall parking lot Into the store. When I got to the return counter, they said I can’t return the rug at that store. So I had to carry it back to my car and send it back via UPS. Fortunately since it is of such poor quality, the rug was not super heavy.The whole experience was terrible.
