Great Return Method

The rug was great texture and style. The color is more vibrant and not as dark are the picture depicts. Unfortunately, the color did not match the room. Therefore, I retuned it. 3 stars for having simple and easy return method.

Rug doesn't stay flat

I purchased this rug and the premium rug pad. The rug bunches up and does not stay flat. I'm not sure if it's because of the pad or the rug but it's not good.
