Excellent Customer Service!

Ordered our 1st rug & it wasn't quite right. Super easy return & money refunded quickly. Got the 4'x4' Hyacinth Round Rug delivered fast & it works well. It's been lying in it's spot for 2weeks now & it's still a bit rippled. Hoping it'll lie flat!

perfect rugs

I purchased 3 different sizes of this rug for my dining room area over a year ago. They have held up beautifully, even the runner. They receive an extreme amount of traffic and clean beautifully, vacuum beautifully and show no sign of wear. I also purchased two rugs of a different pattern for a den area. With extreme traffic there is no sign of wear. I am very happy with this purchase and will purchase more for another room. We are removing wall to wall carpeting and refinishing the oak floors.
