I am very disappointment with my new rug. When I unwrapped it, I noticed that it was wrapped uneven and with wrinkles, so now I have to smash the wrinkles out so it lays flat. It has been on my flood for two weeks and still the wrinkles are in it. I have to lay heavy books on top of the wrinkles hoping that will smooth it out. Plus, the rug is very thin, not seeming to be made of good quality. I feel this rug could have been bought at a discount retail store instead of Macy's.

Beautiful pattern that brightens our rooms! I only wish the rug was slightly thicker and softer.

I found this on sale and it’s worth every penny. It was easy to unroll and the suggestions included with the rug worked great to get the corners flat. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Rug still has ripples in it after 3 weeks of being unrolled. I would have returned it if it wasn't such a hassle to repack.
