Have not recieved refund, colors off in two orders

so this is the second rug i have ordered in the last month, luckly returns are free.. the quality wasnt bad but the colors of this rug as well as the last were very off. It is a lot lighter in person. Also i sent back the other rug with tracking over a week ago and have not recieved my refund. Besides that i want to like this website and will try one more time when I recieve my refunds but at this point I am less than hopeful. unfortunatly.

Great rug

Really like it. Pretty close to the listing photos (sometimes it’s so hard to tell when buying online)… the border does seem a bit more higher contrast than I was expecting. Love the muted colors in the center part of the rug. No odor when unwrapped.

Very pretty

It’s a really pretty rug, but I don’t like the way it came folded in half and then with 3 folds. It’s going to take a while for the creases to come out. Otherwise, I love it.

Perfect choice

The colors are bold and the rug is exactly as described! I could not be happier with the quality although I am not sure how easy it will be to wash since the rug is a bit more firmer than most traditional washable rugs.
