Toxic smell still going strong after two weeks!

The smell won't quit! I got this small rug on Aug. 28 and here it - Sept. 9 and the smell is awful. Infact, sitting here tonight (9/9) I'm experiencing a weird taste in my mouth that is coming from the carpet. This is my second small rug from Rug.com and this didn't happen. I leave all the windows open but to no avail. I'm starting to worry about my health. What am I breathing in???? Why is it taking so long to clear? My apt stinks of this rug. I'm so disappointed - it's a beautiful color and super soft...but this chemical smell? I'm not sure how much longer I can take it. Please advise Rugs.com!!!

Love this rug!!!!!!!!

Love this rug! I love the color and texture of this rug in my family room. It warms up the room and ties everything together. The quaility is great and the shipping time was short. I'd recommend this one every time.

Nice soft rug.

Very soft and plush underfoot, perfect for the bedroom hallway. Not sure if I'm in love with the green color, but it'll do. Laid flat pretty quickly.
