Disappointed

Color in person does not reflect the stock photo. It’s a washed out light snow grey. Returning.

Nice

A little bit thinner than their usual rugs, but not cheapy. Has a subtle blue undertone that I like. Took a bit to get it to lie completely flat because I had it in storage for a while—so that's on me, not on Rugs.com.

Best rug!

I love this rug! I have bought two of them. The first one I have had for 3 years, he shows to date no signs of wear and I shampoo it every 6 months and cleans beautifully!

Not shipped properly

Love the design, but it was shipped folded into a square and I cannot get the "waves" out of it.

Disappointed with color and quality

Was pretty disappointed with this rug. It’s a lot lighter in person than the online pictures. Basically it’s a light gray. Also, they are shipping them folded up and sloppily so. The rug is so badly wrinkled and kinked it still hasn’t flattened out. I believe they did this to save shipping costs but it really affects the rug, I’m not sure it’ll ever really flatten out.

Oregon rug

I bought this rug based on the color of the rug online. Color online definitely is brown but is described as gray. I haven't unwrapped it yet. I guess we shall see. I may be returning it.
