I bought this coat for both of my girls. It is warm and comfortable, and they love it. Runs true size.

My daughter and I absolutely LOVE this coat. I can’t speak on longevity yet because she’s only had it a few days but it definitely seems like it will hold up with no issues. It’s soft, it’s thick, great size hood, good zipper, the arms are not tight so she can comfortably wear a sweater/sweatshirt underneath, and the wrist area is not tight like some other coats. My daughter is 10/12 leaning into 12 and the 10/12 size of this coat is perfect for her. For reference, my daughter is about 4’1 and about 80 pounds.

So disappointed in this coat-inside has torn already and the zipper continues to split. The color is lovely but overall quality is not worth this buy.

Defective product
Disappointed with both product quality and customer service. I purchased this jacket from Macy’s and the inner liner completely separated from the outer shell in less than two weeks of normal wear. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. When I contacted customer service, they refused to offer a refund or replacement, despite the item failing well within what anyone would consider a reasonable timeframe for a kids’ jacket. I’ve shopped at Macy’s for years and expected better quality control and better support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice about purchasing children’s clothing here again.
