Complicated to put on and neck tie sewn in

It has under garments attached which makes it hard to try on. I'm not kidding when I say it took 10 minutes to sort out underdress and chiffon over garment just to try it on. Scarf is fully sewn; I wanted to remove it. And it's dry clean only. Returned
