This white blouse with embroidery from BCBG is an updated classic in every way. I love a good white button down for the office, but sometimes it can look a bit too basic on its own. This blouse offers a good alternative where it’s still a classic look, but with a feminine edge built in through the sleeves and embroidery which elevates the classic white button up all on its own. I paired it with a red purse, classic jeans, and tucked it in. The size feels appropriate. I’m a size 4 and the small fit well (photos for size and fit). Overall, I’m very happy with it and I’d order it again!

Nice shirt construction is great. I like that it’s not flimsy. Neck line is good of course I wouldn’t keep it all the way to the top because I prefer a V. I’m not sure how I feel about the pocket.

This blouse is a bit shear and I made short ( I have a long torso). Otherwise this is a very flattering blouse and would be great for work attire or under a sweater for winter. The eyelet detail on pocket and sleeve are a great touch.

I was not a fan of this collared white shirt with flared sleeves. I felt like it was perfect for someone much older but not someone in the early 40s. The shirt was comfortable but it did not fit well. It was more wide than long. The texture was soft. It is not meant for someone with broad shoulders. The price point was on point for something I would purchase.

I’m actually obsessed with this blouse. The fabric has that smooth, slightly structured texture that feels way more expensive than it is, and the stitching is super clean, nothing loose or weird anywhere. The embroidered pocket and the little pattern on the sleeve cuffs are seriously the cutest details. They make the shirt look elevated without trying too hard. Fit-wise, it’s relaxed but still flattering. It has that “effortlessly put together” vibe, not boxy or stiff. I’d say the sizing runs pretty true, roomy enough to tuck in comfortably but not oversized to the point where you’re swimming in it. And it wears really well throughout the day; it doesn’t wrinkle like crazy or lose its shape. Overall, it’s one of those tops you can throw on with jeans or dress pants and instantly look polished. Definitely a good find.

This is clearly a high quality piece of clothing. I’m not sure I love the way it looks on me, though. It’s not super flattering on my body because it is kinda boxy and not flowy at all
