Never received package, CS of no help.

I did not receive my package. I contacted macys via email twice, no response. Contact them via chat, no help. Says it will come in on 10/18 (original date to be delivered 10/10, then 1010/14, then 10/15. It’s 10/16 now. I don’t think I’ll ever get it.
