Excellent customer service

Ordered this coat in blue. When received it had a button missing, went to Macy’s Santa Anita mall store to exchange it. They did not have it there but was able to get one at Cerritos mall. Customer service was excellent because staff resolved my problem quickly. I love my coat!

EXTREMELY Satisfied!

OMG! Just received this coat in the kelly green color... It is so warm and plush! I ABSOLUTELY love it! I ordered an XL and it fits perfect. I'm 5'7" and it comes slight below the knee... Would definitely recommend!
