Extremely poor service & very disappointed

I don’t understand why Macy’s is requesting a review of something that I unfortunately did not receive. I was given a delivery date only to be told a week later that it couldn’t be delivered to my POB. The tracking indicated that the item had arrived at a UPS facility within 20 miles of my home where I was willing to go get it but was informed that it was being sent back to California. Now the item is no longer available. I’m still waiting for the refund to be credited back on my Macy card

Comfortable shoes for dressy occasion

These shoes are very comfortable and low. Great for dressy occasions. The fit was perfect and the block heel gives me stability when walking.
