Chain fell of second use

Super cute and comfy, but unfortunately the chain fell off one of the heels the second time I wore them and almost made me fall when the shoe slid over it.

cute shoe, made poorly...

I puchased this shoe for my birthday dinner, not even halfway into the night, I noticed the chain on the bottom of the shoe came completely off. I cant return these and now just stuck with a shoe that I bought for the design that didnt last.
