Not durable

Ordered my jacket wore it once before to try it on.. fell in love with it! Finally got to wear it again this week as it was brutally cold and I noticed the stitching came off. The left pocket already had a hole in it, called customer service as they didn’t have any sizes available I decided to keep it and now the sleeve is coming off!! Customer service is of no help :(

great coat for cold, cold weather

This coat is perfect for the very frigid weather this winter. It’s cozy and warm. I ordered the black M which fits perfectly . If the light color were available I would order it too.
