The Photo Does NOT Do it Justice!

I immediately fell for this dress. The colors scream sandy beach, sidewalk cafe, gentle breezes... And I love, love, love a maxi dress. As a treat, I splurged, and I sure was solidly disappointed when the dress arrived. The fabric looks flowy in the pic, like rayon, however, the actual dress looked and felt like nylon, like don't-stand-too-close-to-the-candle, nylon. Like don't-snag-your-thumbnail-on-it nylon. Then, the proportion between the bottom and the top-- wow, talk about someone falling asleep at the sewing machine! The top half fit like a size 16, while the bottom half fit like a 4. Um, I'm a size 8, so you can see that THAT was a no-go!! What a shame! I promptly returned it.
