Great coat bad policy

I purchased this coat last fall and wore it on the coldest days through the winter. It kept me warm and dry while working outdoors with kids. I washed it for the first time (as directed) and a seam on the bottom opened and some of the filling came out. The seam is frayed so I can't sew it myself. Macy's customer service was unable to help as there is only a 30-day warranty. A coat should last longer than one season and should not fall apart in the wash! I LOVE this coat and would have given it a 5-star review if this had not happened.

Good Coat

I brought this coat because of the color. It’s a beautiful shiny copper color. I received a lot of compliments on this coat. It’s not super heavy but it’s durable in cold weather. The only complaint I have is that it runs large so depending on the look you’re going for it can make you look bulky. I still would recommend this item but I wish I sized down for a sleeker look.

My best coats

I love these coats. I stumbled upon one and loved it so much I have 4 colors and thinking about the 5th. This particular coat is very warm, not too fluffy and good material in my opinion. I also love the vibrant colors .

Truly Disappointed

I ordered the itrm and just opened the box today and received an item that was worn, the reason why I know this to be true when I tried on the jacket and put my hands in the pocked there was a holiday program inside and used lotion. Because I missed the period of returning the item on April 6th, I'm out of money! Shame after I took off the jacket you can see the makeup on the collar. Shame on Macy's for accepting the item. I will call and speak to a manager tomorrow!
