Best Customer Service

I recently visited your Woodfield Mall location in search of a specific dress. Victoria saw that there was one dress in stock. She searched high and low and even recruited a fellow coworker to help. She came back to me with the DRESS!! It fit perfectly and I bought it on the spot. Victoria needs to have a shout out! She could have easily told me that she couldn't find it, but she took the time to search for it. I will be back because of her service!

Cute coat but loose button/snap

My daughter loves her coat- it's soft, warm, and stylish. Unfortunately, one of the snaps was only loosely sewed on, and on the second day of wear it fell off.
