Very Disappointed with Macys

Ordered 2 skirts, only received 1 skirt. Macys keeps giving me the run around. Said that I will get a refund in 10 days. Its been three weeks so far and still have no refund. I been a customer for years. Very disappointed with Macys. Poor customer service.
