Cute cape for a semi formal.

The cape is very cute with the strappy semi formal dress for my granddaughter. Luckily her grandfather can glue on the rhinestone bow as most of the capes had the bows hanging from a plastic string so they didn't get lost. It will take someone with specialty glue and technique which her grandfather has as he is one of the best gunsmith in the country. Though we were disappointed the cape made the dress so we needed it. Macy's trying to be fair opted to give us a 50% discount. That helped make up for their error ordering from this company. Macy's always tries to provide quality items.
